These Terms govern your access to and use of Layero products and services. By purchasing or using our offerings, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Layero is a digital product developed by innCode, operated from Italy. Business details, legal name, tax information, and registered address are available in our Privacy Policy or upon request.

We offer both digital products and optional professional services, including but not limited to:
- —Website themes and templates
- —React / Next.js starter websites
- —Installation and setup services
- —CMS integrations
- —Content entry and deployment assistance
- —Custom development services
All services are subject to availability and acceptance.
Unless otherwise specified, each purchased theme or template grants a license for use on one (1) website / one (1) end project.
You may modify the purchased files for your own project or your client project, unless otherwise stated.
You may not:
- —Resell the template as your own product
- —Redistribute source files
- —Share purchased files publicly
- —Upload templates to marketplaces or free download websites
- —Claim ownership of original design/code
Additional licenses may be purchased separately where available.
All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers such as Stripe or other approved processors.
Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and may change at any time without notice.
Taxes may apply depending on your location and applicable law.
Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access to downloadable files, all sales are generally final.
We do not offer automatic refunds for digital theme purchases.
However, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. To request assistance, contact:

Theme Only
No guaranteed support unless explicitly included.
Pro Plan — Theme + Setup
Includes up to 15 days of limited post-delivery support related to installation/setup scope.
CMS Plan
Includes up to 30 days of limited post-delivery support related to delivered scope.
Custom Work
Support terms may be defined separately in the project agreement.
Support does not include:
- —New features outside original scope
- —Third-party platform issues
- —Hosting provider issues
- —User-caused code modifications
- —Ongoing maintenance unless purchased separately
Digital products are generally delivered instantly after successful payment.
Setup, CMS, and custom services require client collaboration, content delivery, and communication. Delivery times may vary depending on:
- —Scope
- —Client responsiveness
- —Missing assets/content
- —Revision requests
- —Technical constraints
Estimated timelines are not guaranteed deadlines unless expressly agreed in writing.
For service-based purchases, the client agrees to provide accurate and timely materials, including where needed:
- —Logos
- —Images
- —Text content
- —Domain access
- —Hosting access
- —Brand information
- —Feedback and approvals
Delays in receiving required assets may delay project completion.
Clients are responsible for their own domain names, hosting accounts, third-party subscriptions, and platform fees unless explicitly included.
We are not responsible for outages, limitations, policy changes, or failures of third-party providers.
All original templates, codebases, branding systems, assets, and content created by Layero remain protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Ownership of custom work may be transferred only where explicitly agreed in writing.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Layero shall not be liable for:
- —Lost profits
- —Business interruption
- —Data loss
- —SEO rankings
- —Missed opportunities
- —Third-party failures
- —Indirect or consequential damages
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant order.
While we aim to provide high-quality products and services, we do not guarantee:
- —Specific business results
- —Search engine rankings
- —Revenue growth
- —Lead generation performance
- —Compatibility with every third-party tool
We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend access, or cancel orders involving:
- —Abuse
- —Fraud
- —Chargebacks
- —Harassment
- —License violations
- —Misuse of our products
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Italy, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
